A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION
OF NOTICE FOR OBJECTIONS TO SEWER IM-
PROVEMENTS 166-A AND 220.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that John J.
Quinn Company has completed the improvements in District
Sr-166-A under Contract Sr-85 and District Sr-220 under
Contract Sr-86 in accordancd with the plans and specifi-
cations for said improvements; and
V S, the City Charter requires the publication
of a notice for objections of persons interested in and
affected by said improvements as to the acceptance thereof
by the Commission;
NOWJ, TIMIEFORE, BE ITT RESOLVED BY TIT C0MISSIOId OF
THE CITY OF I1LU,1: That the City Clerk be, and he is here-
by, authorized and directed to publish a notice in a news-
paper published in the City of Miami that at a meeting of
the City Commission to be held on November 15th, 1926, the
Commission gill hear any objections of persons interested
in or affected by the improvements as to the acceptance by
the Commission.
