A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF AND AWARD-
ING CONTRACT TO F. H. FOSTIat FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF SUPERINTENDENT'S RESIDENCE AT JACKSON ME-
MORIAL HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF SAID CONTRADT.
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of bide received for the con-
struction of Superintendent's residence at Jackson Memorial
Hospital, in accordance with plans and specifications there-
fore prepared by Robertson & Patterson, Architects, it appears
that the bid of F. H. Foster is the lowest and best bid re-
ceived for the said work;
NOW, THEREFORE, REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION ON OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI :
Section 1. That the bid of F. H. Foster for the con-
struction of Superintendent's Residence at Jackson Memorial
Hospital, according to plans and specifications therefor pre-
pared by Robertson & Patterson, Architects, at and for the
price of $21,381.00 be, and the same is hereby, accepted and
contract for the work awarded to said F. H. Foster.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Miami,
contract with said F. H. Foster for the said work according to
the plans and specifications.
