A RES GLUT ION TRANSFERRING CERTAIIN FUNDS
IN TIIE HARBOR DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC
SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has reported
that the appropriation for Repairs to Docks during the current
fiscal year has proved insufficient because of the emergency re-
pairs made necessary by disintegration of the steel reinforcing
in the concrete work, and has requested the transfer of certain
unincurabered balances in other accounts of said Division of
Docks to the Account for Repairs to Docks; and
SAS, the City Manager has recommended such transfer;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMEISSION OF TIE CITY OF MIAZ'iI:
That the sum of 04,000.00 and the sum of 1,000.00 be, and they
are hereby, transferred from Accounts 448-100, Dredging -Labor,
and 448-101, Dredging -Fuel, respectively, to the Account for
Repairs to Docks, 448-99.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of November, A. D. 1926.
