A RE301,7.7TION CANCELLITTG CERTAIN REVENUE
BONDS OF 1926 BEARING TEE 1TUIERS SET FORTH
HEREIN.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2930, adopted August 30th, 1926, the
Commi sion of the City of Miami authorized the issuance of 33,500,000.00
Revenue Bonds of 1926, numbered from 1 to 490, and bearing interest
at the rate of 4 per annum, and.
WHEREAS, it appears that bonds aggregating 31,000,000 of the
issue so authorized. remain unsold, such unsold bonds bearing the numbers
and in the denominations hereinafter set forth, and.
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to cancel such unsold bonds;
NOW, 1HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By THE COMIISSION OF THE CITY OF
1.TIA1.11: That the following described Revenue Bonds of the City of Masai
of 1926, authorized by Resolution No. 2930, adopted August 30th, 1926,
be, and the same are heraby, cancelled, to -wit:
80 Revenue Bonds in denomination of 35,000.00 each,
numbered 121 to 200, both numbers inclusive, with
2 interest coupons attached to each bond as follows:
No. 1 due Feb. 16th, 1927 for r.L18.75
No. 2 due June 16th, 1927 for 79.17
60 Revenue Bonds in denomination of 40,000.00 each,
numbered. 291 to 550, both numbers inclusive, with
2 interest coupons attached to each bond as follows:
ro. 1 due Feb. 16th, 1927 for ‘';237.50
ro. 2 due ,Tune 16th, 1927 for ;1.58.3.5.
