A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF AND AWARDING CON-
TRACT TO E. F. LASSETER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS
IN SIDE:'dALK DISTRICT SK-67 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECU-
TION OF SAID CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of bids reoeived Ootober 85th, 1926,
for the construction of sidewalks in Sidewalk Improvement Distriot
67, It appears that the bid of E. F. Lasseter is the lowest and
best bid reoeived for the said work; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLI,IISSION OF THE CITY OF L•itAmT:
Section 1. That the bid of E. F. Lasseter for the oonstruo-
tion of sidewalks in Sidewalk Improvement District 67 at and for
the sum of 17,986.06 be, and the same is hereby, aooepted and
contract for the work, designated Contract Sk-36, is hereby a-
warded to said E. F. Lasseter.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Miami, contract
with said E. F. Lasseter for the said work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, A. D. 1926.
