A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR AFTERNOON SESSIONS OF THE
LIUNICIPAL COURT IN AND FOR THE CITY OR MIAMI, AND RE-
PEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
?HEREAS, by Resolution No. 2210, adopted October 28th, 1925,
provision was made for sessions of the Municipal Court to be held
eaob night, exoept Sundays,' a t 9:00 o'olook P. M., and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to hold sessions of the Muni-
cipal Court at 3:00 o'olook P. M. instead of at 9:00 P. M. as pro-
vided by said resolution; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That sessions of the Municipal Court in and for
the City of Miami, Florida, shall be held each afternoon, except
Sundays, at 3:00 o'olook P. M. for the trial of all persons for
the violation of any City ordinance.
Seotion 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions,
including Resolution 2210, be, and the same are hereby, repealed
in so far as same are in conflict herewith.
