A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A SPECIAt BUIIM1TU PERMIT FOR THE ERECTION
OF TENT ON LOT 1, BLOCK 8, "COLUMBIA PARK",
AND PROVIDING FOR REMOVAL OF SUCH TENT UPON
THIRTY DAY NOTICE BY THE CITY arP MIAMI TO
THE OWNERS THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMKISSION OF THE CITY aF MIAMI:
That a special building permit is hereby authorize&
to the owners of Skating Rink on NW 2nd Avenue at 41st
Street for the erection of a tent on Lot 1, Block 8,
"COLUMBIA PARK", with the understanding that the City
of Miami reserves the right to require the owners thereof
to remove same upon 30-day notice.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lut day of November, A. D.
1926.
