A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
98, 99, 100 & 101.
WHEREAS, the Commission met on October 25th, 1926, after
due legal notice, for the purpose of hearing any objections to the
acceptance of Sewer Iinprovements 98, 99, 100 and 101, and no ob-
jections having been filed, and
WHEREAS, it is shown by the report of the City Manager,
which has been duly filed for identification, that the said im-
provements in the Districts aforesaid, have been properly and com-
pletely done, and are in conformity to the plans, profiles, details,
drawings and specifications of the City Manager as adopted by the
Commission of the City of Miami for such improvements, and being
satisfied that said work has been done and completed in accordance
with the said profiles, details, drawings and specifications;
N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI : That the said work in said improvement districts , be, and
the same is hereby, accepted by the Commission of the City of Miami.
