A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, A LEASE WITH HYLAND & SMITH FOR
APARTMENT BUILDING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MLAMI:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorize&
and. directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Miami, a lease with Hyland & Smith for apartment building
at 1444 N. W. 9th Avenue to be use& for nurses' quarters,
said lease to be for a period of one year from November let,
1926, at a rental of 4110,000.00, payable quarterly in advance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, A. D. 1926.
