A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF APPROXIMATELY 21,000 SQUARE FEET OF SIDE-
WALKS TO PROVIDE PROPER DRIVEWAYS ON CERTAIN
STREETS I'IDENED BY THE CITY AND PROVIDIING FOR
TIE PAY i IT OF THE COST OF SAT I
WHEREAS, in the widening of certain streets in the City
of Miami the parkways along certain streets were eliminated and
the area used for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, such change makes it necessary to reconstruct the
driveways on those streets so widened;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIOI; OF THE CITY
OF MIAM:II:
Section 1. That the City ;,:ana&,er be, and he is hereby,
authorised to have relai( approximately 21,000 square fest of
sideval,:c. on the, stre ets widened by the City of I.iiai.i by the
elimination of y a2'mays so as to provide proper driveways on
such street.
Section 2. That the sun of5,500.0C is hereby appro-
priateq f nnm the bony fund for the payr: ent of the City's share
of :idewalk costs, 3-76.
