A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER it) PURCHASE
FOR STREET PURPOSES THE PFDPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT W.-:SOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF IQIAMI:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and be is hereby,
authorized and direoted to purchase, for and on behalf of the City
of Miami for the purpose of rounding the northwest o orner of the
intersection at S.W. 2nd Avenue and 13th Street, the followirg de-
scribed property, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 50 feet East of the Southwest
corner of Lot 19; Block 91-South, of MLAMIGHTS,
e subdivision of Dade County, Florida; and running
thence North ten (10) feet; thence East 40.43 feet
along a line parallel to the South line of said Lot
19; thenoe along a Ten Chord Spiral curve to the
left a distance of 20.05 feet; thenoe along a 40
foot radius curve to the left a distance of 42.62
feet; thence along a Ten Chord Spiral Curve to the
left a distance of 20.05 feet; thence to the North
line of said lot; thence East ten (10) feet along
the North line of said Lot 19 to the Northeast oor-
ner thereof; thence South 75 feet along the East
line of said Lot 19; theme West 100.43 feet to the
point of beginning, oontaining 2008 square feet,
more or less;
and to pay for same the sum of 5,000.00.
Section 2. That the said sum of 5,000.00 is hereby appro-
priated from the Street Widening Bond Fund for the purchase of the
property hereinabove described.
PAS:;ED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, A. D. 1926.
