A RESOLUTION CANCEWUNG AND REPEALING THE
RESOLUTION ORDERING HIGHWAY ThTRO Kim, 269
AND THE MIENS orti )ING AGAINST PROPERTY ABUT-
TING SAID IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2114, adopted August 3lst,
1925, the Commission ordered the improvement of N. E. 1st Avenue,
from NE 36th Strciet to NE 38th Street; and.
WHEREAS the City Manager and. Director of Dublin Service
have reported that the City is unable at this time to secure
necessary ri ht-of-way to construct the pavement to the width
of 44 feet as ordered and recommends the cancellation of the
said improvement; now, therefore,
:97' IT RESOLVED 7Y THE C01,1:ISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
1. That Resolution No. 2114, adopted August 31st, 1925,
ordering the improvement of N. E. 1st Avenue, from NE 36th Street
to NE 38th Street and designating same Highway Improvement 269,
be, and the same is hereby, cancelled and repealed.
2. That all liens pending against property abutting said
improvement by reason of said improvement having been ordered by
the Commission be, ani the same are hereby, canbelled.
