A RESOLUTION OrrNDING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING AND THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 270 AND AUTHORIZING
THE CONTRACTOR FOR THB WORK TO PAVE THE
AVENUE IN SAID DISTRICT TO A WIDTH OF
48 FEET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
1. That Resolution No. 2115, adopted August 31st,
1925, ordering the pavement of NE 2nd. Avenue, from NE 36th
to NE 38th Street, to a width of 40 feet, and the specifica-
tions for suoh work, be amended to provide for the construc-
tion of a 48 foot pavement on said Avenue from NE 36th Street
to NE 39th Street.
2. That the Contractor for said work be, and is hereby,
authorized to do same in accordance with the amended order
and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th dsgp of October, A. D. 1926.
