A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CON-
FIRMING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN
BOND Puivi)S BY THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE.
SEAS, the Director of Finanoe has reported that
certain charges for street paving work have been made to
the bond fund for City Market Construction and that he has
caused the cost of such work, in the total amount of
$11,228.64, to be charged to the bond fund for the payment
of the cost of the City'a share of street paving and a trans-
fer of said amount made from Bond Fund B-75 to Bond Fund B-68
and
1NHEREAS, the Director of Finance has requested the approval
and confirmation by the Commission of such action; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the transfer of $11,228.64 from Bond Fund B-75 to Bond Fund
B-68 by the Director of Finanoe be, and the same is hereby, ap-
proved and confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTER this 18th day of October, A. D. 1926.
