A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT H-318.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-318, as follows:
On North Miami Avenue, from the North property line
of North 36th Street to the North property line of North
39th Street, a distance of 790 feet;
Grading and constructing an earth berm fifty feet wide,
and
Laying a pavement of plain concrete seven (7) inches
thick and thirty (30) feet wide.
The property against which special assessments for the
cost thereof shall be made is hereby designated District H-318.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, A. D. 1926.
