RESOLUTION WO. 2973.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CON-
VEYANCES TO BISCAYNE BOULEVARD CO., OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF MIAMI IN ERCHA GE
FOR EQUIVALFET AMOUNT OF PROPERTY TO BE DEEDED
TO THE CITY OF MIAMI BY THE B ISCAYNE BOULEVARD
CO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
THAT WHEREAS, it is deemed best by the City of Miami to make
certain minor changes in the locution of Biscayne Boulevard, and
WHEREAS, Biscayne Boulevard Co., has agreed to deed to the City
of Miami the property neoessary to make suoh changes, provided that
the City of Miami will deed to the Biscayne Boulevard Co., the prop-
erty now owned by the City of Miami whioh will be unnecessary for
street purposes because of such change, said properties being equiva-
lent in size, and each parcel to be deeded to the City being exactly
opposite the parcel to be deeded by the City to Biscayne Boulevard Co.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute and deliver a deed of conveyance in the usual form to the
Biscayne Boulevard Co., covering the followtng described property
located in the City of Miami; County of Dade, State of Florida:
PARCEL I
All that part of the East 11.7 feet of Lot Eleven (11),
of CORAL PARK, a Subdivision in the City of Miami,
Florida, according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 2, at Page 66, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida; lying in Gardner Street.
PARCELL II
Those portions of BANKER'S PARK, a Subdivision in the
City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, according to a
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 53, of
the Publio Records of Dade County, Florida, which por-
tions are more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
All that part of Lot Thirty-six (36), of said plat lying
West of a line from a point on the South line of said
Lot Thirty-six (36), said point being .996 feet East of
the Southwest corner of said Lot, to a point on the North
line of Lot Thirty-five (35), of said plat, said point
being 3.762 feet West of the Northeast corner of said
tot Thirty-five (35); AT.SO, all that part of Lot Thirty -
even (37) of said Plat lying East of a line from a point
n the North line of said Lot Thirty-seven (37), said
oint being 3.669 feet West of the Northeast corner of

1.089 feet East of the Southwest oorner of said Lot
