A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CON-
VEYANCES TO BISCAYNE BOULEVARD CO., OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY OwiED BY THE CITY OF MIAMI IN EXCHANGE
FOR EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF PROPERTY TO BE DEEDED
TO THE CITY OF MIAMI BY TEE BISCAYNE BOULEVARD
CO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
THAT WHEREAS, it is deemed beat by the City of Miami to make
certain minor changes in the location of Bisoayne Boulevard, and
WHEREAS, Biscayne Boulevard Co., has agreed to deed to the
City of Miami the property neoessary to make suoh changes, provided
that the City of Miami will deed to the Biscayne Boulevard Co., the
property now owned by the City of Miami which will be unneoessasy
for street purposes because of suoh change, said properties being
equivalent in size, and each parcel to be deeded to the City being
exactly opposite the parcel to be deeded by the City to Biscayne
Boulevard Co.
NOW, 'xamxtrORE, the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute and deliver a deed of conveyance in the usual form to the
Biscayne Boulevard Co,, covering the following described property
located in the City of Miami, County of Dade, State of Florida:
PARCEL I
All that part of Lot Sixteen (16) of Block One (1)
of SAPDRICOURT, an Addition to the City of Miami,
Florida, according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 5, at Page 83, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, described as follows: Com-
mencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot; thence
run East along the South line of said Lot a distance
of 6.6 feet; thence run in a Northeasterly direction
to the North line of said Lot; thence run West along
the North line of said Lot a distance of 10.796 feet
to the Northwest corner of said Lot; thence South
along the West line of said Lot a distance of 120
feet to point of beginning.
PARCEL II
All that part of Lot Sixteen (16) of Block Two (2),
of SANDRICOURT, an Addition to the City of Miami,
Florida, according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Book 3 of Plats, at Page 83, of the Public Records
of Dade Counter F1 nrt &D, described as follows:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of said
Lot Sixteen (16) ; thence run South along the
West line of said Lot Sixteen (16) a distance
of 120 feet to the Southwest oorner of said
lot; thence Northeasterly to the North line of

said Lot a distance of 3.6 feet to the point
of beginning.
