A RESOLUT IO'i REJECTING BIDS RECEIVED SEPTMABER
20TIH ON SEWER DISTRICTS 213, 214, 215 & 216, AND
AUTHORIZING THE C ITY CLER: TO READVERTISE FOR
BIDS.
VI TEAS, September 20th, 1926 was the date set for the
reception of bids covering Sewer Districts 213, 214, 215 and
216, and
7•711Ei}AS, on that date there was no meeting of the Com-
• mission as there was no quorum of the members of the Commis-
sion present to legally accept any bids,
NOW, TIiERU ORE, BE IT MSOLVED BY 1"IE COLIIIISSION OF THE
CITY OF i,IlAIil:
Section 1. That the bids of Fairbanks, Morse w- Company
and General Equipment Company be, and the same are hereby, re-
jected.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to readvertise for bids in Sewer Dis-
tricts 213, 214, 215 and 216.
