BE IT RESOLT3D BY THE COMMISSION OP TSE CITY C!' ILIMI:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorised
and directed to purchase, for and on behalf of the City of
Miami, such land in the approximate stress herein set forth
and described as is necessary to widen Biscayne Boulevard
(8. Z. i'hird Memo), , and to pay for same the primes set
opposite the respective descriptions, to -wit:
(a) Bast 15' of Toot One (1) , Block $5,000.00
