AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OP THE
DRIVE IN TRE RED SttBDIVISI ON TO BE MOWN AS
"RIVERSIDE WATERFRONTS".
WHEREAS, Belle G. Brickell, Maude E. Brickell, Helen C. Harper,
T. B. MoGahey Properties, Inc., a Florida Corporation, John Lautzen-
heiser, Agnes Lautzenheiser,George 1t. Brickell and Lizzie Brickell,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a re -subdi-
vision of the following property, lying and being in Dade County,
State of Florida, to -wit:
A ro-subdivision of Blook C-South,
a portion of 27-South, Block D-South
and other lands as shown thereon,
said re -subdivision to be known as "Riverside Waterfronts", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public
Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of a certain drive
to the perpetual use of the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
MIAMI: That the dedication of the drive in said re -subdivision, as
shown by said plat, be, and the same is hereby, accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, A. D. 1926.
