AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TRt DEDICATION OR
T1 STREETS AND DRIVE IN nis R'-S YfDIVISSION
TO BE MOWN AS "RIVERVIEW WATER?RbNTS".
WHEREAS, Maude E. Brickell and Belle G. Brickell, have
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a re -sub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A re -subdivision of a portion of
Block C of the subdivision of "Riverview",
said re -subdivision to be known as "Riverview Waterfronts", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Publio Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and drive to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets and drive in
said re -subdivision, as shown by Said plat, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, A. D. 1926.
