SION TO DF MNOWN AS "SIikW' S TERMINAL".
WHEREAS, the Keene & Shaw Company, a Florida Corporation,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a re -
subdivision of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A re -subdivision of "Melrose Manors",
a subdivision of the West Ralf (Wi) of the
Northeast Quarter (NEB) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of Section 28, Trap. 53 South,
Rge. 41 East,
said re -subdivision to be known as "Shawls Terminal", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the Hiles and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues tb the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said
re -subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby,
accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, A. D. 1926.
