DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TRE OO tSSION or 1SSt CITY OP =AUL
',Station 1. That all of that part of South River Drive ae
delineated upon the plat of the City of Hiatt, Dade County,
Florida, matte by A. L. t{nowlton, C.N. , and recorded in 21at
Book B at page 41 of the lub.ic Records of Dade County, Florida,
lying between a line passing north and svith though the south-
easterly oorner of Lot One (1) of Block Thirty-eight (38) South,
of the City of Miami, as per said I{nowlton plait, parallel with
the east line of Lot "thirteen (13) of said Block Thirty-eight
(38) South, of the City of Miami, and a line running north and
south across said South River Drive, parallel with the east line
of Lot Fifteen (15) of said Block Thirty-eight (38) South, of the
City of Miami, and distant west five -Feet (5t) from said east
line of said Lot Fifteen (15) of said Block Thirty-eight (36)
South, of the City of Miami, produced across said South River
Drive, be, and the sane are hereby, closed, discontinued and
abandoned as a public street.
Section L. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November A. D. 1926.
