Section 1. That there shall be,and the same is hereby, e
tablished and designated ,a district, section or portion of the
City of Miami for the etorape and distribution of oils and p'as•
olive, which said district shall embrace all that portion of said
City diecribed as follows:
All of 'Lock 2 of"Commercial Riverside" a subdivision
in the S. t of Section 35, Township 53 south, "ar•'e
41 Ilast Dade County, ?lorida.
Section 2. That all etorare tanks constructed and erected with-
in the district hereinabove established and desiRnated shall be
surrounded by unpiereed fire walla of such height and dimensions
as to contain the maximum of such etorape tanks •with a fifth rer-
cent margin.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be, and the came are, hereby repe+=.led.
