DE IT ORDAINED DY THE COMMISSION OP TILE CITY 0P MTht1T:
That Section 19, of an ordinance adopted. June 21st,
1926, entitled "An Ordinance regulating motor vehicles in
the City of Miami and providing penalty for violation there-
of", be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 19. That Ordinance No. 205 of the City of
Miami, Florida, passed and adopted December llth, 1925, be
and the same is hereby repealed insofar as it applies to
motor vehicles as herein defined but is not repealed inso-
far as it affects vehicles other than street railway oars
operated along a route or routes between points in the City
of Miami and points beyond said City, or between points in
the City of Miami, and other municipal corporations, for the
purpose of receiving and carrying and discharging as passen-
gers such persons as offer themselves for transportation at
the termini of such route or routes, or between points there-
on".
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, A. D. 1926.
