MESAS, the John L. Sta& er properties tno., a cor-
poration organized and existing un&er the laws of the State
of Florida, has tiled with the Director of public Service
a plat of a subdivision of the following property, lying
an& being in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the Northeast Quarter (NE0
of the Northeast Quarter (N) of the North-
west Quarter (Nwt) and the) Bast

the Northwest Quarter COOof
Quarter (NE) of the Northwest Quarter (NV*)
of Section 5, Twp• 54 South, Age. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as tStadler Grove Addition No• 3n, and
SEAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as oomplying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, B'E IT ORDAINED BY THE CMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said
subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby,
accepted and oontirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, A• D. 1926.
