CERTAIN ALLEY SITUATED IN
BLOCK 6, OP MIRAMAR, BETWEEN
LOTS 8. 4 AND 8. OP SAID BLOCK.
RE IT ORDAINED Bit THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MI.
AMI, FLORIDA, THAT:
WHEREAS, the Biscayne Boulevard
Co., a eorporation under` the iaws of
Florida, has presented in writing to the
Commission of the City et Miami, its
petition setting forth that a eertain alley
way situated in Block 6, of Miramar, a .
subdivision in the City of Miami. Plot•
ids, shown by plat thereof recorded in
Plat /look 8 Page 4. of the Public Rec.
ords of Dade County, .Florida, and ex-
tending from the east line of Northeast
Third Avenue to southeast corner of Lot
tl, and the northeast corner of Lot 6, of
Block 6, of Miramar. should be vacated
and closed for the protection of pedes-
trians and other traffic along Northeast
Third Avenue: and
WHEREAS, the said Biscayne Houle.
ward Co.. being the owners of all the
property abutting on said alley between
the points above mentioned, have re-
quested by said petition that said alley
be vacated and closed . between' said
points: and,
WHEREAS. in the opinion of thin com-
mission it is for the best interests of
and will be for the protection and safety
of the public to vaate and close the
said alley between said points.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED. by
the =Commission of the City of Mlami,
that the said alley wep located In Block
8, of Miramar, according to the plat
thereof as mentioned above and lying be-
tween Lots 8, 4 and 6, of Block 8. of said
plat. be and the same is hereby vacated
and closed from the east line of North.
east Third Avenue to the southeast eor-
ner. of Lot 8, and the northeast corner
of Lot 5, of Block 8, of Miramar as
shown on said plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED. this 12th
day of July, 1928.
