AN, ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION OF THE STREET.
AVENUES AND TERRACE IN THE
SUBDIVISION TO I3E KNOWN AS
•'VENICE HEIGHTS" AS SHOWN BY
AN AMENDED PLAT THEREOF.

WHEREAS. *George 3. taser and
Hattie Laser. his wife have filed with
the Director of Public Service an
amended plat of a subdivision as record-
ed in Plat Hook 21, at Page 66 Public
Reeords of Dade County, Florida: said
subdivision to be known as "Vencie
Heights," and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public
Service has approved said amended plat
as complying with all the provisions of
the Charter of the City of Miami and.
the rules and regulations of the Depart.
ment of Public Service. and
WHEREAS, - the said amended plat
shows the dedication of certain street.
avenues and terrnee to th eperpetual nee
of the public for proper purposes.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT OR
DAINED IHY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedi.
cation of the street, avenues and terrace'
in said subdivision, as shown by said
amended plat, be, and the same are here-
by, accepted and confirmed by the City
of Miami.
