WHEREAS, A. R. Swetland, a single man, has filed with the
Director of Public Service a corrected plat of a resubdivision of
the following property, lying and being in Dacle ,onrity, Ctate of
Florida, to -wit:
A resubdivision of Lots 10 and 11 of I„ua.+.roe + s 'lat,
of part of Goverment Lot I o. 1, as reccrcled. in Deed
Book "D" at Page 251, Public :records of Dade County,
Florida,

and

WHEREAS, A. H. Swetland, a single
Man, has filed with the Direetor of Publle
Serviee a corrected plat of a resubdivi.

WHEREAS, the Director of Public
Service has approved said corrected plat
as complying with all the provisions of
the Charter of the City of Miami and the
rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said corrected plat
shows the dedication of certain highway,
avenues and terrace to the perpetual use
of the public for proper purposes.
NOW. THEREFORE. RE 1T OR-
DAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedi-
cation of the highway, avenue and parks
in said resubdivision. as shown by said
corrected plat. be. and the same are
hereby. accepted and confirmed by the
City of Miami.
