WHEREAS, the Marlboro Construction Corporation, a corporation
organized and existirg under the laws of the State of Florida, has
filed with tho Director of Public service a plat of a resubdivi.sion
of the followin property, lying and being in Dace County, State of
Florida, to -wit:
A resubdivision of Lots 47 and 48 and. the south 50 feet
of Lots 45 and 46, Lawrence Est. I.ami Cots East Addition,

said/subdivision to be known as "Marlboro Cons. Cots kesubdivision
of lots 47 and 48 and the South 50 feet of Lots 45 and 46, �'awrence
Est. Lend Cots East Addition", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C012 ISSIGI CF THE CITY
OF M IAUI : That the said plat of the said resubdivi sion, be, and the
same is hereby, approved by the City of ?iarni.
