WHEREAS, Robert Wier, single, has filed With the Di. -
rector of Putlic Service an amender plat of a rc ub .ivisian
of the following property ly .nE and being; in :jade County,
State of Florida, to -wit:
A resubdivisiorx of Lot ; of Gov't Dot 4 of
Section. 5, ToWnship 5Z South, Range 42 East,
as recorded in Book 5, Page 90 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
said resubdivision to be known as amended plat of 11Biscayne
Villas", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved.
said amended plat as complying with all the 1rovisions of the
Charter of the City of Lliami and the rules and regulations of
the Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said amended plat chows the dedication of
certain avenue, court and canal to the.perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT ORDAII^..'D BY THE COI.G.:ISSIOT; OF THE
CITY OF MIALU: That the dedication of the avenue, court and
canal in said resubdivision, as shown by said amended plat, be,
and the same are hereby, accepted end confirmed by. the City of
L.iawi .

WHEREAS, Robert Wier. single, has
tiled with the Director of Public Service
an amended plat of resubdivision of the
following property. lying and being in
Dade County, State of Florida. to -wit
A tesubdivision of Lot P of Gov't.
Lot 4 of Section 6, Townabip 68
South, Range 43 East, a reeorded
in Book 6, Page 90, of the Publio
Recprds of Dade County. Florida.
said resubdivision to be known as amend-
ed plat of "Biscayne Villas.' and
WHEREAS, the Director of Publfe
Service has approved said amended plat
ns complying with all the provisions of
the Charter of the City of Miami and
the rules and regulations of the Depart-
