DEDICATION OP THE STREETS IN!
THE SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN
AS "HAINE13,11AYF1tONT."
WHEREAS. /Li, Raines and Laura E.
lisinee, his wife, have filed with the
Director of Public Sevier ft plat ot
subdivIelon of the following property.
!Slim itui being in bade County. State
ot Florida, to-witt
A subdivision of Lot i. dock 1
of liroadtimor and reclaimed land
lying east thereof, excepting the
west 200 ft. of said Lot 1, Block 1,
of Broadmoor,
said subdivision to be known at "Haines*
Bayfront," and
WHEREAS, the Hireetur of Public
Service has approved said plat as eom-
Plyina with all the provisions of the
Charter of this City ut Miami and the
rules and regulationa of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS. the said plat *how, the
dedication of certain streets to the per-
petua vise of the public for proper por-
poises.
NOW, ?HER/WORE, BE IT ORDAIN-
ED BY THICOMMISSION OF THE
CITY OP MIAMI: That the dedication
of the streets In said subdivision, as
shown by said plat. be. and the same
are hereby, accepted and confirmed by
the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th
day of April, A. D.. 1926.
