ORDINANCE NO. 635.
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OP THE STREETS, AVENUE AND PARKWAY iN
THE SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS *AMEND -
VD PLAT OP DOU LAS SEVENTH COMMERCIAL
CENTER".
WHEREAS, the Fowler -Road Company, , No., a corporation
organised an& existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has file& with the Director of Public Service an amended plat
of a subdivision of the following property, lying and being in
Dade County, State of Florida, to —wit:
A subdivision of the East Half (E) of the South-
west Quarter (SW}) of the Southwest quarter (Sw*)
of Section 33, Tap. 53 South, Rge. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Amended Plat of Douglas Seventh
Coamtereial Center", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as oomplying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
•
WHEREAS, the said amends& plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenue and parkway to the perpetual use of the publio for
proper purposes,
BOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenue and parkway in
said subdivision, as shown by said amended plat, be, and the same are
hereby, accepts& and confirms& by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of Maroh, A. D. 1926.
