ORDINANCE NO. 631. s
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PERMITTING THE STAND-
ARD OIL COMPANY TO BUILD, CONSTRUCT AND ERECT, ON
THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESIGNATED, A GASOLINE STORAGE
TANK OP APPROXIMATELY 20,000 BARRELS CAPACITY FOR
THE WHOLESALE STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION OF GASOLINE;
AND TO BUILD, CONSTRUCT AND ERECT UPON SAID LOTS
KEROSENE AND LUBRICATING OIL STORAGE TANKS FOR THE
WHOLESALE STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION OP Y,:EROSENE AND
LUBRICATING OIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP MIA X :
Section 1. That the Standard Oil Company, a corporation
authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, its
suooeeeore and assigns, be, and. it is hereby, permitted and
authorized to build and construct upon Lots one (1) to twelve
(12), inclusive, of Blook twenty-four (24) of "STEPHENS MANORS",
a subdivision, a gasoline storage tank of approximately 20,000
barrels oapaoity for the wholesale storage and distribution of
gasoline; and to build, oonetruot and erect upon said lots kero-
send and lubricating oil storage tanks for the wholesale storage
and distribution of kerosene and lubricating oil.
Section 2. That this ordinanoe shall be in force and effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of March, A. D. 1926.
