RACE'S AND COURT IN THE SUBDI-
VISION TO BE K OWN AS "SI YI3OLD
BAKING COMPANY'S TItACT."

WIIURP.A.8, the Seybold Baking Com-
pany. a oorporaUon organised and exist-
ing under the laws of the state of Florida,
has filed with the Director of Public Serv-
lee a, plat er a subdivision of the follow•
ing property. lying and being in Dade
County, state of Florida. to -wit:
A subdivision of The East Halt
(I:4) of the Southwest Quarter
(brig U) of the Southeast Quarter
(S161.0 of the Southwest Quarter

South. Range 4) East,
said subdivision to be known as "Sey-
boid Baking Company's Tract." and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Serv-
ice has approved said plat as complying
with all the provisions of the charter •of
the city of Miami and the rules and reg-
ulations of the Department of Public Sere.
