ROAD LOTS"
WEEREAs, H. Liechlowitz and Sadie ii.echlowitz, his wife, and
Max Rappaport and Annie Rappaport, his wife, have filed with the
.director of Eublic service a plat of a re -subdivision o$ the fol-
lowing property, lying and being in .Osde County, State of Florida,
to -wit:
A re -subdivision of lot 9 and that part of Lot 10
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the
West bouudar;y of Lot 10 at a distnce of 130.07'
north of the Southwest corner of said Lot 10, thence
South along the west boundary to the Southwest corner
of Lot 10, thence vast along the South boundary a dis-
tance of 230.88' to the voatheast corner of Lot 10,
thence North along the Last boundary a distance of
129.68' , thence 'Jest a distance of 230.d?' to point
of beginning: all being in. Block 2 of "Twelfth :street
Acres - Elan Eo. 2" as recorded in Mat 6 at
Page 99, public Records of Dada wounty, Florida, and
-- lying situate in :.section 6, Twp. 54 youth, Rge. 41 Last,
said re -subdivision to be known as "Dubois Road Lots", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public: :service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regal Lions of the Department of
Public Service, and
WiFBciAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, court and road to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,

OF IIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, court and road in said
re -subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby,
accepted and confirmed by the City of i iami.
