AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TES DEDI-
OATION OF A STREgT IN THA SUBDI-
_ VISION TO BE ICNOWN AS °BEVERLY VIEW".
WHEREAS, Samuel Koff and Mamie Koff, his wife, have filed
with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of the
following property, lziinc! and in Jade County, Stute of Zlorida,
to -wit:
subdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, of tie ame:Ided Plat
of Ileverly as reoorded at zuce 24, it Book 3, Public
Records of Jude County, ilorida. and of the riparian
rights and filled in or lade lands adacent to and
lying East of sail Lot 1 of said Block 1 and extending
Easterly to the j. 6. Harbor Line along the %iesterly

said subdivision to be ,:nown a "Beverly View". •and

plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Jepartment

WHERZAS, tha said plat shows the dedication of a certain
street to the perbetual use of the public for proper purposes,
THEREFORE, BE IT ORD:d.E BY THE COLItISJION OF THE
CITY OF I:JAMI: That the dedication of the street in said subdi-
vision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same is hereby. accepted
and confirmed by the City of Miami.
