Section 1. That the fee for the issuance of permits for
the erection, construction, alteration or repair of buildings, struc-
tures, signs and fences within the City of Miami is hereby fixed on
the following basis:
For all buildings or structures, and additions to
existing buildings or structures, a fee of One (1.00)
Dollar for each end ever; one thousand (1000) square
feet, or fraction thereof, of floor area.
For each permit coverine alterutious, remodeling or
repair work, a fee of i ne (. l.0o) io1l r is hereby affixed.
'For each and every sign or roster--boarci., a fee of One
( 1 .00) Dollar is hereby affixed.
Section 2. .ihat before any permit shall be issued, the appli-
cant or applicants shall compl;, with the building ordinance or ordi-
nances now in force or that may be hereafter passed
Section 3. That this ordinance shall in no
