"A RE -SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS 9 & 10 OP
TIl AMENDED PLAT OF BUENA VISTA PARK".
Y:AS, Nary Marshall Montgomery. a widow, has filed
with the Director of iublic 6ervice a plat or a re-svbdivision
Of the following property, lying and being in Dade County,
State of Florida, to -wit:
A re -subdivision of B10o.e 9 and 10 of the ,vended
Flat of Buena Vista Park >hs recorded in slat Book
2 at Page 59,Public Records of ;fade County, Florida,
said re -subdivision to be known as "4. Re -subdivision of Blocks
9 & 10 of the mended :i'lat of Buena Vista Bark", and
WHEREAS, the Director of iublic Service has approved said
plat as complying with all `the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, B: IT ORDAINED INED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF IiIAM1: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said re -subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
