,AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING Ta DEDICATION

WHEREAS. Lloyd T . InO2t and Ida .76 I noz, his Wife, have
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivi-
sion of the following property, 1;ing, and_ being in Dade County,
State of llorila, to -wit:
Commencing at a stake 673.5 feet South from the
.;tat and. l►est Section line between Sec. 23 and 26.
Twp. 53, Rge. 41 and 15 feet ;past from the line
dividing the Northeast quarter (N4) of the North-
west Q.uarter (NW ) and the Northwest ,4uarter (NA-)
of the Northeast Quarter (NEi) of Sec. 26-53-41;
thence East 654.5 feet parallel to the said East
and Wrest Section line; thence South 330.25 feet
to a stake set on the , es t line of the la1 '.1 here-
to -fore conveyed to ylberteen Conlon and ► rn. Conlon:
thence 'nest 654.5 to a point 15 feet :Bast of the
Half Section line, and 330.25 feet South of the
place of beginning; thence North to point of beginning,

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Serviee has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules, and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use ofhthe public
for proper purposes,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY Tiixi COMMISSI0i± Or THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
