Florida, has filed with the Director of Public service a plat
of a subdivision of the following property, lying and being in
Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:

of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of 12iami.
