"AMENDED PLAT OF CIT1UJ3 PARK: O OV 6"
WHEREAS. Agnes R. Smith and Robert P. Smith, her husband,
have filed with the Director of Public Service an amended plat of
a subdivision of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, atatc of 23orida, to -wit:
A subdivision of 'ill that pert of the Southwest
quarter (Sir) of the Northwest 4uarter (Ni+?) of
the Northeast quarter (its:;;) of Section 3, T,vp. 54
South, Rge. 41 rast, lying South of a line drawn
parallel to the South line of said Southwest 'su.arter
(S 41) of the Northwest Qhairter (it`s► -) of the North-
East .Zug rter (NEE), said Section. Township and Range,
and at a distance 3T3.5 feet North of said South line
of said Southwest ";u.artor (S';E;) of the Northwest
quarter (NW-1,:) of the Northeast quarter (i E:L.,) of said
Section, Township and Range, the same being a re-
sabdivision of "Citrus Parr: Groves" as recorded in
Plat boak 15, Page 1, Public :-records of ;;fade County,
Florida, plus an additional five (5) foot strip
adjacent to and running the entire length of the
North line of said recorded plat,
said subdivision to be known as "Amended Plat of Citrus Park Groves", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said amended
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Service,
and
WHEREAS, the said amended plat shows the dedication of certain
streets. avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORD:atED BY THE COLMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and highways in said
subdivision, as shown by said amended plat, be, and the same are hereby,
accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
