IN THE SUBDIVISION TO BE =OWN1 AS
"HOWARD HEIGHTS".
WHEREAS, W. H. List and Gertrude Liet, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of
a subdivision of the following property, lying and being
in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of all but the South 550 feet
of the NorthwestQuarter(N+i ) of the South-
west Quarter (3W } of the Northwest Quarter
(NW ) of Seotion 6, Top. 54 South, Rge•
41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Howard Heights", and
VUE:LAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
;BEAS , the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIF3 COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of
Miami.
