AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OP THE STREETS, AVENUES AND HIGHWAYS
I1 THE RE -SUBDIVISIONS TO BE I�'O 1 AS
"OTSTOTT SUBDIVISION".
WHEREAS, Alba hiller Otstott and E. W. Otstott, her
husband, have filed with the Director of 2ublie : orvice
a plat of a re -subdivision of the following property, lying
and being in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
4. re -subdivision of Lot 7 of Sawyer & Robert's
Subdivision in Section 9, Twp. 54 South, Rge.
41 East as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 109,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, except-
ing a plot 150 ft. by 150 ft. in the Northeast
Corner of said Lot 7,
said re -subdivision to be known as "Otstott Subdivision", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the De-
partment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat sham the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION 0F THE
CITY 0P MIMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said re -subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of
Miami.
PASSED AND:ADOPTED this 8th day of February, A. D. 1926.
