WEREAs, under Section 74 of the Oity Charter provides
that no such grant (trembles) shall be transferable except
with approval of the Commission expressed by ordinance; and
WHEREAS, it is desirous to transfer the franchise voted
the Miami Electric Light & Power Company under Ordinance No.
350, to the Florida Power & Light Company;
NOW, THE1 SPORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C0Mk ISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAtdI:
That certain electric franchise or grant, with all rights
and interests tbereunto granted to the Miami tleotrio Light
& Power Company, whioh said franchise was approved by the e-
lectors of the City of Miami as provided in Ordinance No. 350,
be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the Miami Electric
Light & Power Company to the Florida Power & Light Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of February, A. D. 1926.
