AN ORDINANCE TRANSPERRIN4 THAT CERTAIN

UNDER
TO E DADETWATEI COMPANYTHE MIAMI .
WHEREAS, udder Section 74 of the City charter provided
that no such grant (Franchise) shall be transferable except
with approval of the Commission expressed by ordinance; and
WBER 2A5, it is desirous to transfer the franohise voted
the Miami Water Company under Ordinance No. 351, to the Dade
Water Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TfE COMMISSION OF TEE
CITY OF MIAMI:
That oertain water franohise, or grant, with all rights
and interests thereunto granted to the Miami Water Company,
whioh said franohise was approved by the electors of the City
of Miami as provided in Ordinance 351, be, and the same is
hereby, transferred from the Miami Water Company to the Dada
Water Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of February, A. D. 1926.
