WHEREAS, under Section 74 of the City Charter provides
that no such grant (franchise) shall be transferable except
with approval of the Commission expressed by ordinanoe; and
WHEREAS, it is desirous to transfer the franchise voted
the Miami Gas Company under Ordinanae No. 281, to the Florida
Power & Light Company;
NOW, THERIFO y , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI:
That oertain gas franchise or grant, with all rights and
interests therennto granted to the Miami Gas Company, which
said franchise was approved by the electors of the City of
Miami as provided in 0rdinanoe 281, be and the same is hereby,
transferred from the Miami Gas Company to the Florida Power &
Light Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February /A. D. 1926.
