AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTINQ TRE DEDICATION OP
THE STREETS, AVENUES AND RIOi1A't9 IN THE
SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS MO/In PARK*.
WHEREAS. the R. R. Kerr Realty !investment 006, A *or-
poration organized And existing under the less of the State
of Florida, has filed with the Director of Publio Service a
plat of a subdivision of the following property, lying and
being in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the West Ralf (Wr) of the
Northwest,Quarter (NW*) of the Southwest
Quarter (Sit*) of Seotion 34, Twp. $3 South,
Bge. 41 East, lying North of the Miami River
and known as the Ferguson Tract,
subdivision to be known as "Ceoilia Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as oompiying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rulea and regulations of the
Depaxtm.nt of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of oertain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, aaoepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
