wasms1 the home Realty Company, a corporation organ-
i2ed and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, has
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision
of the following property, lying and being in Dade County, State
of Florida, to -Wit:
A resubdivision of Blocks 3, 4, 5 and 6 of
Eatonton as recorded in Plat Book 3, PageT193,
Public Records of Dade County. Florida.
said tract of land lying situate in the South-
east Quarter (5:.4) of Section 15, Twp. 53
South, Rge. 41 East,
said resubdivision to be known as "Normandy Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the De-
partment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets. avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said resubdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February. A. D. 1926.
