wEEREAS, the Pedera1 Realty Corporation, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of .public service a plat of a sub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the Northwest Quarter (Ni)-4
of the Northwest Quarter (NW*) , the 'West Half
(4) of the Southeast quarter (SEt) of the
Northwest Quarter (Nti ) and the East Half (Li)
of the East Half (E*) of the Southwest Quarter
(SW) of the Northwest Quarter (Writ►) all of
Section 6, Twp. 54 South. Rge. 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Flagler Pines No. 2", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the roles and regulations of the De-
partment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues, high-
ways and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be,
and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this let day of February, A. D,S 1926.
